Configuration
Main feature:
1. The frame, combined structure, has been heated processed and highly frequently vibrated, that
guarantees the whole precision, rigidity, excellent torsion and stability of the machine.
2. Processed by the German large-scale boring-Milling Machine ensures the machine precision.
3. Ram's moving is controlled by two cylinders.
4. Mechanical torsion axis and mechanical stroke with a cylinder inside is adopted by ram
synchrony structure is stable.
5. Delem DA41 special CNC system and domestic famous brand servo motor control Y axis and
X axis. (position up and low position of mechanical block and front and back position of back gauge).
5.1 Calculate the block position automatically, and make the continuous bending for different
angels and different length.
5.2 Different punch/die can be combined with different subprogram
5.3 Display the position of X,Y axis.
5.4 RAM: 100 programs
