1. THE STRUCTURE OF THE MACHINE
Welded steel plates ( wall board, working table, cutting beam tempered twice and stress relieved ). The stress of the welded parts have been eliminated by vibration.
The machine enjoys high accuracy and high strength and good rigidity.
2. ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY AND PROCEDURES
1)This machine belongs to second generation of hydraulic shear, with advanced integrated hydraulic system with an excellent reliability and easy for maintenance.
2)The shearing angle can be changed so the performance would be good to cut either thick or thin plate.
3)The rolling guide with 3-point support and improves the shearing quality.
4)The power storage device returns steadily and quickly.
5)Upper and bottom blades are all have 4 cutting edges, which can be turned around to use. So the using life of blade would be much extended.
6)Rapidly, accurately and conveniently adjusting the blade clearance with the handwheel. In this way, deformation of the thin plate could be minimized by cutting clearance adjustment.
